How does public art get funded? What is an RFQ? How does if differ from an RFP? What is the process used to evaluate artists to work with city and state governments to purchase work? Join us as we hear Jana Erwin, Public Art Manager for the City of Wichita, and Kate Van Steenhuyse, Assistant Director for the Kansas Creative Arts Industries Commission, discuss these questions and more about the process that goes into funding public art.
