After graduating with a degree in Biomedical Engineering in May 2020, Andrew Gross stepped into his current role as a Production Standards Analyst, where he develops and manages maintenance policies and compliance documents to ensure regulatory adherence.
Before that, Andrew got his start with Ennovar as a Technical Support Analyst Intern—an experience that shaped both his technical and professional skillset. “Through Ennovar, I developed a strong sense of professionalism and expanded my technical skill set,” he says.
“Each day, I collaborated with diverse teams at Textron, addressing and resolving a wide range of issues, from minor challenges to complex problems.” That day-to-day problem-solving helped build his confidence, communication skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

He remembers Ennovar as a place of learning, but also of connection. “Ennovar always remained a fun and collaborative learning environment no matter the pace,” he shares. One of his favorite memories is a team outing to Chicken N Pickle, and he’s still in touch with many of the people he met during his time in the program.
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and traveling whenever he can catch a Southwest flight. His advice to current Ennovar students? “Have fun with the process of learning and working in an environment like Ennovar.”
