Kaylon Le graduated with a degree in Computer Science in May 2025 and now works as a Software Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems, developing applications and automation tools to improve engineering workflows. His current work focuses on CATIA integration, streamlining processes that help engineers work more efficiently.
Before Spirit, Kaylon built a strong foundation through Ennovar, where he started in the Textron Aviation Help Hangar and later joined Ennovar’s internal software development team before moving into an SAP Developer role at Textron. “Ennovar helped me get my foot in the door and gain valuable real-world experience,” he said.
“It allowed me to learn and develop the skills I needed to become a software engineer. I also had the opportunity to meet incredible people who provided guidance and support, which ultimately helped me land the position I have today.”

When reflecting on his time with Ennovar, Kaylon said the people and the community were what made the experience special. “I had the chance to meet new people and make lasting friendships with fellow students, as well as work with leads who provided great guidance and support,” he shared. He also appreciated how Ennovar helped him find roles related to his field, giving him practical experience while still in school.
Outside of work, Kaylon stays active and creative. He enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and going to EDM shows.
