Justen Lee graduated with a degree in Computer Science in December 2025 and now works as an Associate Software Developer with Bell Flight in Fort Worth, Texas. In his current role, he helps build new features, improve existing applications, and troubleshoot Angular/.NET and Blazor/.NET web applications. Justen got an early start applying what he was learning in the classroom. During his time with Ennovar, he worked as both an IT Web Developer Contractor and an IT Help Hangar Technician, including development work beginning his freshman year.

“Ennovar gave me the opportunity to start learning how to apply my degree in the work field extremely early. I was very fortunate to start working in app development as early as my freshman year, where I was able to immediately apply what I was learning in class in the work environment.” But the experience wasn’t just about building technical skills. The relationships he made became an important part of his time at Ennovar as well. “Ennovar also provided me several great relationships with fellow Ennovar students and leaders, for which I am forever grateful for.” Even after moving to Texas, Justen still keeps in touch with people he met through the program.

He also appreciated the opportunities Ennovar gave students outside of their day-to-day work. "I love all the opportunities Ennovar provides students to get engaged and learn more than what their degree will teach them.” From working with large companies to networking opportunities and free learning resources, those experiences gave him plenty of ways to continue developing throughout college.

Now that he’s on the other side of graduation, Justen encourages current students to take an active role in making the most of those opportunities.

“At the end of the day, Ennovar is a great tool for you to use; being successful post-graduation will be up to you. Ask lots of questions, network, volunteer for tasks/projects that interest you even if you have no idea what you're doing; you'd be surprised who you end up meeting and what you can accomplish simply by trying.”

Outside of work, Justen enjoys skiing and playing video games, especially fighting games and shooters.
