Jam Trips Order Form

To order your JAM Trips:

• Step 1 (for first time customers): Complete the credit application or credit card information (separate files). Only for new customers and new orders. Subsequent orders will have customer information on file. Send form(s) to credit@flexcon.com.
• Step 2: Complete this order form for desired JAM Trips.
• Step 3: Email completed form and credit application (if necessary) to easternorders@flexcon.com

Tip: When ordering tape widths, please keep in mind that that thinner width (0.15 inch) allows placement on contours like pinstripe but can be more challenging to make straight runs. Order wider tape (0.25 inch) for ease of straight runs. Contact us at the information in the side bar for custom thickness inquiries.
