Overview

Paul Johnson’s background is in Secondary-level Mathematics Education. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Wichita State University (with honors) in 2012 and later went on to receive a Masters of Science in Mathematics in 2014. He began teaching as a lecturer at Wichita State University in the fall of 2014. In the 2020 – 2021 he began serving as the director of the Math Lab where he oversees undergraduate and graduate students that assist others in their classes. He is an advocate for the availability of higher education for people of all backgrounds and is always interested in finding new ways to help students succeed.

One of his goals is to expand course offerings for corequisite and liberal arts pathway courses to more students and majors.
