Overview
Isabella earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Life Sciences from Kansas State University in 2023 and went on to complete a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2025. While in graduate school, she gained hands-on consulting experience through the university’s in-house firm, applying I-O principles to real-world organizational projects.
Now serving as an Operations Coordinator at Ennovar, Isabella is passionate about creating positive experiences for both students and business partners throughout the placement process. Originally from Wichita, she returned after graduate school to continue building connections in the local community.
Outside of work, Isabella enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games, crocheting, and relaxing at the lake.
