Overview
Amy is the Director of Client Support Services for Information Technology Services at Wichita State University.
She started her career at Wichita State with the College of Applied Studies in the technology lab assisting faculty and staff with their technology needs as well as co-teaching Elementary Education majors how utilize technology in the classroom and continued to the Applications Training department where she worked with Wichita State faculty and staff on their software training needs. Amy transitioned to Director of Client Services where she continues to work with University employees on their software, hardware, and technical needs.
As Director of Client Services, Amy is responsible for the management of the Client Services area of ITS. This includes ITS Desktop Services, ITS Help Desk, and ITS Applications Training.
She is also responsible for the ITS Procurement Services which includes the purchasing and management of university IT and computing hardware and devices as well as the administration and coordination of software licensing and deployment for university-managed computing environments, including academic computer labs.
