November 12th - 11am
In this session we will discuss the necessity and value of self-talk, explore how
that little voice in our head came to be, and focus on the importance of appreciation
as a strategy to push back negative messages that sap our confidence.

November 19th - 11am
Are you tired of getting stuck in the same old problems without finding effective
solutions? This session discusses the problem with problems and offers a different
approach to making progress and enhancing teams and organizations by leading with
appreciation and a strengths-based perspective.

December 3rd - 11am
How a team comes together during both times of celebration and loss are the bedrock
of team culture. In this session we'll explore how to represent your team's culture
when team members need it most.

Applying a Coach-like Approach to Supervision
December 10th - 11am
Borrowing tools and ideas from coaching can help supervisors support their staffs'
growth and development. This session will focus on centering the learning and experience
of people in supervision to help them meet their goals and the organization's expectations.

Approaching community engagement from a place of appreciation reinforces authenticity
and builds trust, credibility, and connection. Join this session to learn about the
