WICHITA, KS - The Student Government Association Leadership received several reports regarding concerns about the International Student Union elections and its process following its own constitution and bylaws. After reviewing ISU’s governing documents, SGA leadership agreed that there may have been some errors in the process outline in the ISU Bylaws and has submitted a case to the Supreme Court to ensure that the ISU election was compliant with their own policies and procedures.
Because this is an active case, SGA Leadership is unable to share more information to protect the integrity of the case.
