Wichita State Fraternity and Sorority Life Celebrates Academic Excellence at Scholarship Reception

Wichita State University Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) recognized outstanding academic achievement during its annual Scholarship Reception held Monday, Feb. 23. The event honored both individual students and chapters for their commitment to scholarship across the FSL community.

A total of 275 students were eligible for the GPA Recognition Award, reflecting strong academic performance among fraternity and sorority members.

Chapter academic awards were presented to the following organizations:

Highest Council GPAs

  • Highest Cultural Greek Council GPA: Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.

  • Highest Interfraternity Council GPA: FarmHouse Fraternity

  • Highest National Pan-Hellenic Council GPA: Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

  • Highest Panhellenic Council GPA: Delta Gamma

Most Improved GPA Awards

  • Cultural Greek Council: Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.
  • Interfraternity Council: Beta Theta Pi

  • National Pan-Hellenic Council: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

  • Panhellenic Council: Kappa Kappa Gamma

Best New Member GPA Awards

  • Cultural Greek Council: Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.
  • Interfraternity Council: Phi Delta Theta

The reception highlighted the academic success of Wichita State’s Fraternity and Sorority Life community, which includes 561 members across four governing councils.
