Nov 12, 2009 — By WSU News Services — All WSU departments that have U.S. Postal Service custom forms (green) PS Form 2976 dated earlier than September 2009 should destroy them and contact the Campus Post Office to get the new custom forms that comply with U.S. Census and Homeland Security requirements.
