Oct 30, 2017 — By WSU News Services — The WSU Police Department will issue citations for unauthorized parking in the reserve lots of all men's basketball home games. Citations will be issued about two hours prior to tip off of each scheduled game. The cost of citations will be equivalent to unauthorized parking in any reserved stall on campus, which is $150.
