Scholarship Opportunities and Fellowships

The Barton School of Business offers scholarships and fellowships for incoming and current graduate students studying in the field of business. Awards range from $750-$8,500.

Grad studies fellowships are due by July 1.

Wilson K. Cadman Fellowship
Awarded annually to a graduate student enrolled full or part time at Wichita State University in the W. Frank Barton School of Business.

Dr. James M. Murphy Endowed Fellowship
Awarded annually to student(s) enrolled full time in the W. Frank Barton School of Business Masters of Business Administration program. Special consideration will be given to those students with science or technical backgrounds, and those who are married with children.

Roger Scholes Memorial Fellowship
Awarded annually to a Wichita State University Barton School of Business graduate student completing course work while fulfilling employment responsibilities on a full time basis.

Norman C. Whitcomb MBA Fellowship
Awarded annually to a graduate student enrolled full or part time at Wichita State University in the MBA Program, W. Frank Barton School of Business.

MBA Alumni Legacy Fellowship
Awarded annually to a graduate student enrolled full or part time at Wichita State University in the MBA program in the W. Frank Barton School of Business.

John and Elizabeth Weatherby Scholarship/Fellowship
Awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate student in the W. Frank Barton School of Business. Preference given to MBA or Accounting students.
