The Wichita State University College of Engineering sponsors WSU GoBabyGo, a program that modifies off-the-shelf ride-on toy cars for kids with disabilities. Students of all majors collaborate to customize each car and deliver them at no cost to the family.

A Decade of Impact: WSU GoBabyGo Turns 10!

For the past ten years, WSU GoBabyGo has been driven by a single, powerful mission: independent mobility for every child. We are incredibly proud to celebrate a decade of modifying the world—one custom ride at a time.

Since our journey began, we have had the privilege of serving over 210 children, providing them with the tools to explore, play, and engage with their world on their own terms.

At the heart of this mission is a commitment to applied learning. Over the last decade, 825 students have moved beyond the classroom to put their engineering and clinical skills into practice. By tackling real-world design challenges, these student innovators have gained invaluable experience while creating life-changing solutions for our community.

Thank you to our community partners, our donors, and our dedicated students for ten years of making "go" happen. Here’s to many more years of innovation, discovery, and joy!
