There are five required courses for the degree (indicated by *) and six elective courses of your choice. Students are encouraged to start with the Intro courses (121, 220, 226) followed by the Upper division electives that are most interesting to you.  The only course that has a pre-requisite is 600. You must take 365 before taking 600 (Senior Thesis). All other courses you can take in whatever order you prefer (some are only offered every other year, so we recommend taking a course you are interested in as soon as it is offered, so you don't miss out).  We encourage majors to participate in one or more applied learning opportunities (most students do these their 2nd or 3rd year).
