Making your graduate education affordable

In addition to scholarships and financial aid, more than 30 percent of full-time graduate students hold assistantships or departmental fellowships amounting to more than $4 million each year.

Admission to the program

The program is open to bachelor’s degree holders in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or any area related to information technology.

For consideration, you must have a minimum 3.00 GPA (or equivalent score from another country) in your bachelor's degree.

Students gaining more hands-on IT experience

Industry-leading company Textron Aviation has opened up more apprenticeship opportunities to Shocker students. 

With more chances to learn hands-on IT skills, students are experiencing what it's like in a corporate environment and putting their classroom knowledge to work.

Curriculum

The program combines study of modern web app, network and data technologies. Courses are taught by nationally and internationally recognized faculty who are active researchers in the fields they teach.

The program consists of at least 30 credit hours, and students can choose to add career-boosting certificates.
