The 12-credit-hour certificate comprises courses in the areas of human resource analytics, rewards, strategic human resource management, managing in diverse organizations, employment law, strategic management, operations management, business law and ethics, management information systems, marketing analysis and international business. Admission to the Program

There are two paths to admission to the program:

For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Certificate Form.
Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
An applicant must meet the minimum TOEFL and IELTS requirements set by the Graduate School, for students with English as a second language.
