I'm a domestic applicant

Domestic applicants are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with a valid permanent resident (green) card.

I'm an international applicant

International applicants are not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with a permanent resident (green) card. This includes those in the United States on a student, work or visitor visa (or spouse).
