Why I chose my major
I chose my major because I wanted to continue to study acting in college, with the
hope of pursuing it professionally. I enjoy the wide variety of classes I get to take
as well as the community within my program and the entire School of Performing Arts.
Involvement
I am involved in Student Ambassador Society, Shocker Navigators, School of Performing
Arts Leadership Council (SPACO), Wichita State Performing Arts Company (WUPAC), Off
the Cuff Improv, Wichita State Music Theatre Company, and WSU Fight Club (Stage Combat
Student Org).
Why I chose Wichita State
I chose Wichita State because it allowed me to pursue the exact major I wanted while
close to home and offering many scholarship opportunities and ways to get involved
on campus.
Favorite thing about WSU
My favorite thing about Wichita State is by far the community. The community at this
school, whether in the School of Performing Arts, the College of Fine Arts, or the
school as a whole, is immensely dedicated and supportive. Every room I step into,
I feel that everyone is rooting for me and my success.
