Nation at Black & Yellow Day! Take a walking tour of campus, explore academic and
student life opportunities, hear from current Wichita State students, check out on-campus
housing options, and receive a Wichita State t-shirt at the end of the day!
Shocker Honors Scholar Reception: Kansas City Metro

Wichita State University is hosting an event exclusively for high school juniors in the Kansas City area! This event is by invitation only for juniors who have been
designated in the top 10 percent of their class, have a GPA of 3.5 or higher or have
an ACT score of 27 or higher.
Completing Your Next Steps at Wichita State

7 to 8 p.m.
Admitted high school seniors - this virtual event is for YOU! Join the Office of Admissions for Completing Your Next Steps at Wichita State. We
will have departments demo their systems and processes to move towards enrollment.
Wichita State staff from Housing will share information regarding the Housing application
and roommate selection process. Financial Aid will walk you through a mock example
of your award letter and share next steps in the timeline. Staff from OneStop and
First Year Programs will show you the ins and outs of signing up for orientation and
completing the pre-enrollment questionnaire.
Join the Office of Admissions for an in-person visit or virtual campus visit via Zoom! You'll learn from staff about admissions, financial aid and scholarships, tour the campus and hear from a current Wichita State student.
