AI tools have become faster, more capable, and much more common in everyday life. They are changing how people work, how students learn, and how faculty teach. In this talk, John Jones, Executive Director of the Media Resources Center at WSU, explains what has changed and why it matters. He will describe how WSU is responding in its classrooms and offices, look honestly at common fears about AI and which ones deserve attention, and offer practical suggestions for exploring these tools on your own. No technical background is needed. Just bring your curiosity and your questions.
