Join the Suspenders4Hope 5K Run and Memorial Walk Benefiting StopSuicideICT. Bring awareness to suicide and mental illness and remember those we have lost.

The event starts with a 5K run at 9 a.m. The 1-Mile Memorial Walk starts at 10 a.m. Throughout the event you'll hear hopeful stories of help-seeking and learn more about destigmatizing mental health conditions.

Registration costs $40 for the 5K and $15 for the 1-Mile Memorial Walk. Both registration fees include a custom, metal water bottle. All are welcome to participate in the 1-Mile Memorial Walk, registration is not required. To receive the commemorative water bottle, please register and pay the $15 fee.
