Wichita State University's Department of Sociology works to align with other campus and community cosponsors to organize and host an annual conference showcasing the gender and sexuality related scholarship happening across our state. We are excited to be celebrating one decade of hosting the conference in 2023. This year's conference will be held on March 10, 2023 on the 3rd floor of the Rhatigan Student Center.

The goal of the conference is twofold:

1. To highlight the scholarly and creative work of students, faculty, staff, and community partners across a variety of disciplines that draws awareness to historical and/or ongoing gender- and/or sexuality-based issues, and
2. To provide an opportunity to develop networks across departments and universities within the State of Kansas.
