On Sept. 20, the Criminal Justice Student Association (CJSA) will host a Q&A Panelist Meeting with members of law enforcement, including: Wichita State University Police Department, Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office and the Kansas Highway Patrol.
About CJSA
The Criminal Justice Student Association (CJSA) strives to:
- promote academic awareness of Criminal Justice students, Pre-Law students, and students interested in related academic fields of study
- assist in the networking of information related to Criminal Justice career opportunities; organize education experiences (trips, lectures, tours, etc.)
- enhance knowledge of the Criminal Justice field
- participate in career, academic and social activities
- establish and maintain a professional and socially favorable rapport with fellow association members, department staff, campus staff, fellow students, and community members.
CJSA holds general meetings on the first Wednesday of each month and panelist meetings on the third Wednesday. Meetings are held at 12:30 p.m. in the Law Enforcement Training Center on the main campus.
