Our next physics seminar features Dr. John Brockman from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Dr. John Brockman is the director of the Missouri University Research Reactor overseeing the whole science program of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and even Archaeology.  He is also Prof. of Chemistry, specifically doing Radio-Chemistry research with his reactor studies. He is the Principle Investigator of the planned upgrades for a new 20 MegaWatt reactor with construction starting in the Fall of 2025.

The Physics Seminar Series brings several speakers to campus each semester and is sponsored by the Eddy and April Lucas Fund, Wichita, Kansas.
