With more than a decade of experience across various roles at Wichita State, he partners with leaders and employees to address workplace challenges, strengthen employee engagement, and support organizational success. Dr. Johnson provides strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture to help develop effective solutions that support employees and advance the University's mission.
