Has a strong commitment to mental wellness, equity, and systematic change through evidence-based advocacy.
- Long-term goals: Working with clients whose professional roles expose them to emotionally traumatic stimuli or high levels of stress. This includes first responders, news reporters, and therapists.
- Aims to work in an Employee assistance program where Allie can create a supportive
environment for professionals to find balance in their careers.
- Also aims to conduct community outreach with the intention of reducing stigma in the workplace.
