Areas of Service
- I am a licensed master’s level psychologist currently pursuing my PhD at WSU. I have experience treating a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, interpersonal distress, and a history of trauma.
Additional Information
- I utilize several evidence-based interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, and mindfulness-based techniques.
- I prefer a client-centered approach and tailors treatment to each individual. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.
