Client Services effectively and efficiently provides IT support services to the satisfaction of the WSU community. We deliver superior technical support and offer high-quality application training programs.

What we do

The first point of contact for all Wichita State University faculty, staff, student and alumni technology support requests

  • Support all university-owned computers in offices, labs, and classrooms
  • Support approved departmental applications
  • Provide quotes and recommendations for new technology hardware/software for faculty and staff.
  • Provide various ERP (Banner), MyTraining, Microsoft, Adobe, and the growing number of related applications for faculty and staff.
  • Provide instructional guidelines for the numerous university-wide applications.
  • Maintain contracts with various software vendors and track campus software licensing.
