Blackboard Original (AKA: "Old" Blackboard)
Wichita State is a Blackboard school. Begining in May, 2021 WSU will start the process
of transitioning from Blackboard Learn ("Blackboard Original") to a new, modern and
streamlined system called Blackboard Ultra. Starting in the fall, 2021, most instructors will have the option to offer each
class in Blackboard Original (old) or Blackboard Ultra (new).
You can have some classes running in each of the platforms if you prefer. For help
and training in the Blackboard Learn environment, come to this suite of pages and
use "Section Menu" to find what you need. If you choose Ultra, make sure you are
in the Ultra suite of pages, these links will help you understand whether you are already "in Ultra."
