About OutReach
OutReach offers support groups that aims to provide LGBTQ+ students with a space to connect with others, gain support and learn practical, effective emotional coping skills. These groups are opportunities to create a safe space for LGBTQ+ Shockers and build a personal support network on campus, while processing challenges in a supportive environment.
These groups, usually in partnership with the Counseling and Prevention Services, are a FREE service available to all Wichita State University who self-identify on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. You are generally not required to reserve a seat, tell us any identifying information (such as your last name or myWSU ID) or even attend every meeting.
