I am a graduate student pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and I hope to work in both clinical practice and psychological research in the future. I am passionate about the Prevention Ambassador program because I believe we are doing important work in de-stigmatizing mental health, promoting campus resources, and raising awareness of mental health concerns among college students.

Kelly Murphy, Prevention Ambassador

Hi, I am Kelly Murphy and I am part of the Prevention Ambassador team with WSU! I am a sophomore majoring in Entrepreneurship with minors in real estate and military science. I am a Prevention Ambassador because I have a background of working with suicide awareness and mental health. I also understand how mental health affects others in the environment and am hoping to make a difference for the next generation. I believe only we as a whole can make the planet better for the future.
