Aug 17, 2016 — By WSU News Services — Traffic on north Perimeter Road between Hillside and Yale Ave., will be restricted to one-way only from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday Aug. 19, and Saturday Aug. 20. Those who enter campus from 21st and Yale will be directed into Lot 3. There will be no access to campus from the Hillside entrance, just south of Koch Arena. Also, Lot 2 south will be blocked to serve as a staging area for students moving in.
