Apr 7, 2015 — By WSU News Services — LeRoy Unruh, who grew up in a small Kansas town, received his bachelor's degree in accounting in 1971 from Wichita State University. Unruh retired in January from GE Insurance Solutions in Overland Park, Kan. He contributes much of his professional success to his Shocker education and by establishing a scholarship, he wants to provide that same opportunity for success to other rural-area students.
