Barcelona, Spain

Barcelona, a city in the Catalonia region of Spain, has become one of the first tourist destinations of Spain. It has everything to please the majority of visitors: with a history among the oldest in Europe, it is a capital city that never sleeps, full of charm, and not-to-forget beautiful beaches. Barcelona sits between the sea and the mountains. Although Barcelona is sometimes windy, its protective semicircle of mountains shields it from the harsh, cold winds. The average annual temperature is 61°F. Being a major city in Europe, its easily accessible and a great starting point to travel to other destination in Europe or other cities throughout Spain.
