Company Sponsorship Letter
A Company Sponsorship letter is a document confirming that a company will provide financial support for an international student's education and related expenses. It is used to verify funding for university admission or visa purposes.
Your sponsorship letter must include the following:
- Must be on a company letterhead.
- Date is required and should include month, date and year.
- Letter must list the name of the student being sponsored.
- Letter must state the amount of sponsorship per year (e.g. US$30,000 per year) OR contain a blanket statement indicating the company will pay for all education and living expenses.
- An official bank letter or bank statement must accompany this letter. View sample bank letter.
- Must be signed by an authorized company official.
- Letter must be in English. If not in English, the letter must be accompanied by a translation that has been signed/stamped by the translater.
