Guy Schroeder, interim chief of Wichita State’s Police Department (WSUPD) will be available to speak with Wichita Students 10 a.m.-noon Nov. 10 at the Rhatigan Student Center. The event will allow WSUPD to have an open dialogue with the students they serve.
