The WSU English Department, Fairmount College of Liberal Arts, the Ulrich Museum of Art, and Watermark Books & Cafe invite you to Writing Now | Reading Now: a reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by a fiction reading by the author at 6 p.m.
Snowden Wright is the author of the novel "American Pop," selected as one of NPR’s Books We Love, among other honors. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Columbia University, he has written for The Atlantic, Salon, Esquire, The Millions, and the New York Daily News, among other publications, and previously worked as a fiction reader at The New Yorker, Esquire, and The Paris Review. Wright lives in Yazoo County, Mississippi. His latest novel is "The Queen City Detective Agency."
