Celebrate the continued growth of Shocker Nation with Shocktoberfest 2026. A celebration of Shocker Spirit & Pride, Shocktoberfest is a multi-day celebration with events, activities, and competitions for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and our Wichita community.  

Program highlights include the annual student organization spirit competition, Shocker Royalty competition, Shocktoberfest parade, Brew Market and Shocker Madness! 

Shocktoberfest is a campus wide initiative and features events and opportunities hosted by a variety of student groups and departments including support from the Foundation and Alumni Engagement, University Athletics, and Division of Student Affairs.
