Work in partnership with the Office of Admissions to recruit new students to the University.
EXPECTATIONS
In partnership with the Office of Admissions, fellows are expected to support recruitment
efforts through the following:

- Attend monthly Recruitment Faculty Fellow meetings
- Present at, or help identify faculty presenters for, both in-person and virtual recruitment
events coordinated by the Office of Admissions
- Serve in a staffing role for at least one large Admissions event each semester
- Act as an advocate for recruitment within their college, including during faculty
meetings and informal discussions
- Serve in an advisory capacity to the Office of Admissions
- Participate in a campus visit to better understand the prospective student and guest
experience
- Contribute one blog post to A Blog for Future Shockers
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of a group recruitment project
- Maintain a high-level understanding of Admissions recruitment strategies and business
operations
- Serve on their college’s recruitment and retention committee and work closely with
their dean on recruitment initiatives
