Maley is a standout leader in Collegiate DECA, where she served as Director of Fundraising, Vice President of Career Development, and later President. She helped grow the chapter from five members to nearly forty and played a key role in securing full funding and taking a large team to Nationals. Winning first place at the International Career Development Conference was one of her most proud achievements.
She also served as President of the Dean’s Student Advisory Board and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. These roles strengthened her leadership, communication, and organizational skills while helping elevate student voices across the Barton School.
After graduation, Maley plans to pursue a master’s degree in Economics and Quantitative Analysis. Long term, she hopes to work in a role that uses analytics to guide strategy and innovation, whether in marketing analytics, economic research, or consulting.
Her biggest inspiration is her father, whose dedication, resilience, and decision to return to school while raising a family taught her the value of perseverance and ambition.
Outside of academics, Maley is a passionate music and concert fan who loves traveling for live shows. These experiences provide balance, joy, and unforgettable memories.
