Overview
Haribabu (Hari) is a Master’s student in Business Analytics at Wichita State University, expected to graduate in Spring 2026. He brings extensive professional experience across the construction, health insurance, and logistics sectors, including 2.5 years with Amazon as a Transportation Specialist.
At Amazon, Hari trained and supervised 16 team members while optimizing middle-mile, same-day delivery operations across the U.S. and Canada. His implementation of Lean practices improved efficiency and generated annual cost savings exceeding $2 million.
Currently, Hari serves as a Graduate Assistant with Wichita State’s Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (URCA) Hub, where he supports students in research data management, dashboarding, and automation. In 2025 alone, he guided more than 36 students in achieving their research objectives.
Skilled in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel, Hari combines technical expertise with a strong interest in sustainability and policy. With a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, he believes that data can drive responsible growth and meaningful change. His goal is to become a data-driven business analyst who uses analytics to support both corporate success and community development.
