Overview
Rene Luna is a senior at Wichita State University majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. He has built a strong foundation in data analysis and financial strategy through his internship as a financial analyst at Textron and his work with the Erin Cummings Investment Fund.
He is also active in Wichita State’s Consulting Club, where he collaborates with Deloitte consultants to develop case analyses and strengthen problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Rene’s background in customer service and operations at Costco further contributes to his versatility as a finance professional.
Rene aspires to continue his education at the graduate level and ultimately start his own business. Outside of work, he enjoys filmmaking and storytelling and has studied abroad in Berlin, Germany, where he explored European economics and the automotive industry.
