Isledi Munoz is a senior majoring in International Business at Wichita State University, graduating in December 2025. With over five years of experience in the banking industry, Isledi has developed a strong foundation in customer service, financial operations, and problem-solving.
Currently, they serve as an intern with Impact, supporting Empower, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Wichita’s Hispanic community. In this role, Isledi contributes to marketing and communications projects that advance the organization’s outreach and visibility.
These experiences have reinforced their passion for global strategy, marketing, and cross-cultural communication. Isledi aims to pursue a career that bridges international business and marketing, using cultural understanding and strategic insight to strengthen connections between businesses and communities. Outside of academics, Isledi enjoys music, drawing, and creating personalized designs for others—creative outlets that reflect their innovative approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
