Overview
Reese Draney is a Wichita State University student majoring in Entrepreneurship–Real Estate with an Honors Minor on the Leadership Track. Reese is building a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, real estate, leadership, marketing, and business management while gaining professional experience alongside her education.
As a Program Director at Championship Martial Arts in Derby, Reese oversaw operations for a program serving more than 180 students and families. Her responsibilities included client communication and consultations, enrollment and scheduling, program logistics, record management, marketing, and community outreach. She has helped organize campaigns that have garnered more than 10 million views and coordinated community events with 150+ attendees, contributing to increased visibility and revenue.
Reese brings a combination of leadership, communication, organizational, and marketing skills to her work. Her previous experience has further strengthened her ability to manage multiple projects, work directly with clients, lead teams, and create organized programs. She is passionate about deepening her business expertise and applying her leadership and entrepreneurial skills to future opportunities in real estate and business.
