Overview

Giselle Graciano is a Claims Analyst at Koch Industries in Atlanta, Georgia, where she supports the Workers Compensation Capability team through data analysis, risk evaluation, and employee-focused process improvement. Giselle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Management from the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University. Her current role builds on the foundation she established as a Human Resources Associate Co-op at Koch, where she gained broad experience across compliance, analytics, benefits strategy, leave management, and early career recruiting.

Beyond her professional role, Giselle serves as President of the Widener Global Leaders Program Alumni Board, helping advance the program’s mission to develop globally minded, purpose-driven  leaders. A graduate of Cohort Three, she credits the program with shaping her confidence, communication, and leadership perspective.

During her time at Barton, she was also deeply involved as President of the WSU Society for Human Resource Management Chapter, a Barton Business Ambassador, and a member of the Dean’s Undergraduate Student Advisory Board. Her leadership and academic excellence earned her recognition among the Barton School’s 25 Under 25 honorees.

A first-generation college graduate, Giselle is passionate about cultivating meaningful connections, building inclusive workplaces, and empowering others to pursue growth with purpose and integrity. She attributes her success to the mentorship and transformative opportunities provided by the Barton School and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of global business leaders.
