Middle School Summer Enrichment Program
Talent Search offers a Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) for middle school students. Space is limited to 25 students. There is no cost for this fun, educational opportunity. The program lasts for six weeks from May 26-July 1. The SEP provides students with instruction in math, computer science, language arts, and financial literacy/life skills. It also consists of university and college campus tours, as well as motivational and career speakers.
Eligibility for SEP includes meeting the following federal TRIO program requirements:
- Income guidelines (eligible for free or reduced school lunch)
- Potential first generation college student (neither parent has a four-year college degree)
- Academic need
