Event Request Form

The intent of this form is to collect initial information on the requested event.

Submission of this form DOES NOT mean the event is approved.

A risk assessment will have to be made by the Wichita State University Police Department.

Standard rate for officers working events is $50/hour with a minimum of two hours.

Events requested within ten days or less of the event will be charged $75/hour.
