These forms and documents are to assist students with planning and organizational management.
General RSO
The information listed below is important to all RSO's and should be reviewed at the beginning of each term of office and be made part of the officer transition process.

Event Planning
All registered student organizations wishing to host an event, on or off-campus, must register that event through ShockerSync.

Funding & Fundraising
Groups may choose to fund their operations in different ways; membership dues, fundraising, sponsorships, or funding requests.

SGA Organization Funding | RSO's may request individual and/or organizational funding around conference travel, events, and operations through the Student Government Association |
Safekeeping Accounts
Safekeeing accounts are like bank accounts and are setup by Financial Operations. Safekeeping accounts are used by RSO leaders to pay for operating expenses and receive funds. Students wishing to request funds through the Student Government Association must have a Safekeeping Account.

RSO Travel
Like events, all RSO travel must be preauthorized.

Travel Registration, Trip Information and Travel Event Planner Form | REQUIRED form which outlines a student group’s travel plans; for Vice President of Student Affairs office. This form now includes the required Trip Information form and Trip Event Planning form for RSOs |
